AABIE

AABIE is the platform which facilitates all at AAB Group to be able to invest in the communities in which we operate.

AABIE seeks partnership with charities and invites applications from worthy causes for funding and volunteering donations from the initiative. Since its launch in 2016, AABIE has donated grant funding in excess of £500,000 to over 304 charities, as well as donating over 7,000 volunteering hours.

What makes AABIE special is that AAB team members truly make the work that AABIE does possible. Almost all money donated from grant round funding is raised by our team members. It is also AAB teams who carry out all the volunteer time, with the business donating a full day of paid volunteering time to allow each employee to support community projects.

AABIE is managed by a Board of Trustees comprising of current and former members of the AAB leadership and management team, and is chaired by Sheena Anderson, one of the founding Partners of AAB.
