Hazelhead Primary School

“The project was a great success and a wonderful learning experience for the children involved. They had to present their business idea to members of the school board in order to secure a loan to start their enterprise. After that they had to think about how to invest their money and make as much money for charity as possible. “I learnt so much from dealing with money, speaking to customers and working effectively with my team to make our business a success. I really enjoyed it.” Dylan Edmond, P7

“I never thought I’d be able to start my business at school. The whole school loved what we were doing and it was very exciting. I now know the importance of money and I feel I’ve learnt a great deal.” Christina Baillie, P7
