PRACTICAL SUPPORT FOR SOCIAL HOUSING PROVIDERS

Tasked with providing suitable, safe accommodation for tenants and residents, whilst under increasing financial pressure and regulatory scrutiny, social housing providers have a difficult job – so we’re here to make it easier with our specialist support. Our experienced team works with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and Registered Providers (RPs), on accounts and assurance, financial reporting, taxation, payroll and employment solutions, and tax investigations as well as strategic planning and advice.

With over 20 years working in the sector, we have a thorough understanding of the Housing SORP and a close knowledge of social housing providers, from single associations to large groups. We provide internal and external audits, assurance and advice, complemented by our Payroll & Employment Taxes team who help RSLs and RPs stay compliant while improving efficiency.  Our dedication to social housing providers is borne out by the volunteering of our team, many of whom hold RSL/RP board of management roles.
