Talk to our experts

Investigations and disputes are timely, costly, and, unfortunately, you don’t have to be the one to have done something wrong to find yourself in the situation. They pose a huge threat to your reputation, drain your time, and disrupt your life or business.

Whether it’s a personal issue, a commercial fallout, or a regulatory challenge, we can guarantee that our accredited experts have seen it before. From personal, local cases to commercial dispute resolution on a global scale, our team have the experience, expertise and the right tools to support you.

We understand the questions to ask, know our place with respect to the Court, counsel, other experts and our client, and can present our findings to a lay person.

COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Our decades of experience, wide-ranging sector knowledge, technical ability, attention to detail and communication skills allow us to assist clients in achieving desirable resolutions in a range of commercial disputes.  We provide initial advice pre-action, work as party expert, single joint expert or shadow expert in arbitration, mediation or litigation. We also act in expert determinations, acting as determinator or putting together submissions for an expert determination process.

We are happy to assist early on cases, particularly in fast-moving or sensitive circumstances, providing an initial view.
