Tracey Thorpe is part of the Client Support team at AAB Wealth, working alongside advisers and planners to ensure clients enjoy a smooth and stress-free experience throughout their financial journey. Based in our London office, Tracey supports clients by preparing key documents, gathering information, and liaising with providers to keep everything running efficiently.

After building a strong background in client service, Tracey was drawn to financial services because she wanted to help people achieve greater clarity and confidence about their finances. She pursued a career in client support to combine her organisational strengths with her passion for delivering exceptional client care. For Tracey, it’s not just about paperwork or process; it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients feel truly supported every step of the way.

“Every client’s journey is different, and part of my role is making sure that journey runs as smoothly as possible. I work closely with our Financial Planners and Paraplanners to support clients from start to finish ensuring every stage of their financial plan is handled with care and precision.

Day to day, I might be arranging paperwork ahead of client meetings, contacting providers to gather information, or preparing documentation to support a new investment or transfer. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes, but all of it contributes to giving clients a seamless experience.

I love knowing that the small details I manage help make the bigger picture clearer for our clients. My focus is always on keeping things organised, efficient, and stress-free so clients can feel confident that everything is taken care of.”
