Lisa Ferguson is a Digital Advisory Manager based in our Stirling office. Her role involves advising clients on their digital strategy, aiming to enhance the systems they use to create efficiencies which in turn provides clients with tools to make conscious financial decisions. Lisa also promotes digital advisory throughout the firm to maximise the benefits of digital technology available to staff, assisting and training staff on system reviews and implementations.

Internally, I find satisfaction in helping my colleagues enhance their knowledge of digital systems, empowering them to work more efficiently and confidently.”

“AAB is known for being a tech-enabled business, and in my role, I aim to find the right balance between virtual and hands-on interaction. There’s no doubt that virtual meetings have their place, particularly when it comes to providing quick answers or supporting clients across multiple locations. However, when it comes to more complex projects, there’s real value in being on-site. Visiting a client’s business in person allows me to gain a deeper understanding of their processes and build stronger relationships. Ultimately, my approach is to listen to the client and adjust to their preferences, whether that means virtual or face-to-face interaction.”
