Based in our Glasgow office, Kieran Masterson is a dedicated Virtual Finance Function Assistant Manager who works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them understand their numbers and make confident, informed decisions.
Kieran plays a key role in designing and delivering tailored management reporting packs, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. His expertise with cloud accounting systems and trend analysis allows him to deliver accurate, forward-looking reports that truly add value. From managing month-end processes and reconciliations to supporting budgeting and cash flow planning, Kieran ensures clients have the tools and clarity they need to grow their businesses.
What drives Kieran most is the tangible impact his work has. He takes pride in helping clients solve problems, streamline their operations, and achieve their goals. This sense of purpose – seeing the results of his efforts make a real difference – is what first inspired him to pursue his career in finance and continues to motivate him every day.
