Julie Arbuthnott is a Transformation Director based in our Edinburgh office. She plays a pivotal role in leading strategic change and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with the firm’s ambitious 2030 vision. Specialising in culture and behaviour change, digital transformation, and operational excellence, Julie has a proven track record of delivering impactful results across a broad spectrum of complex challenges.
Her focus is on scaling AAB sustainably by leveraging technology and fostering inclusivity. From managing transformation portfolios to driving post-M&A integration and championing innovation, Julie ensures that the firm continues to exceed expectations for both people and clients.
