Based in our Glasgow office, Iain Walker is a proactive and experienced Corporate Finance Partner, responsible for supporting our clients through some of their most significant events, including advising on the disposal of their business or acquiring targets and supporting their growth. Iain has approximately 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, both in the UK and overseas. Iain has spent most of his career as an adviser, however, having previously worked in the M&A team of an AIM listed business, he brings a different perspective to the team. As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Iain is also a Chartered Business Valuer and Accredited in Business Valuations.
