Fedosia is a Client Success Specialist based in our Aberdeen office. She supports a wide range of clients by ensuring their payroll operations run smoothly, efficiently and compliantly. During peak periods, Fedosia is focused on validating payrolls, resolving issues and meeting critical deadlines. During quieter periods, she provides valuable time to process reviews, improve systems and prepare for the next cycle.

For Fedosia, communication is key to her approach. She is dedicated to having regular calls with clients to review workflows, gather feedback and ensure her reporting aligns with her clients’ expectations. Similarly to her clients, Fedosia also checks in with her team regularly, providing mentoring and cross-training to support her colleagues and help build their confidence.
