Deborah Paine is the Support Team Leader at AAB Wealth based in our London office, working closely with planners, paraplanners, and client support colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in administration and client service, Deborah leads her team with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and care — making sure every client interaction reflects the professionalism and values AAB Wealth is known for.
Having always been passionate about helping people and creating efficient, well-organised systems, Deborah pursued a career in financial services to bring those strengths together. Over the years, she’s developed a reputation for her calm, methodical approach and her genuine dedication to supporting both clients and colleagues. For Deborah, the key to great client service starts with a great support team.
“Every client journey involves a lot of moving parts, and my role is to make sure those parts fit together perfectly. From managing the workflow within the support team to overseeing documentation, client communications, and internal processes, I focus on keeping everything running as efficiently as possible.
No two days are ever the same, which is something I love about this role. One moment I might be coordinating between planners and paraplanners to meet a client deadline, and the next I’m reviewing procedures to find ways to make our service even smoother.
What drives me most is knowing that the systems and structures I put in place make a real difference to clients, ensuring their experience feels professional, personal, and stress-free.”
