“Every client journey involves a lot of moving parts, and my role is to make sure those parts fit together perfectly. From managing the workflow within the support team to overseeing documentation, client communications, and internal processes, I focus on keeping everything running as efficiently as possible.

No two days are ever the same, which is something I love about this role. One moment I might be coordinating between planners and paraplanners to meet a client deadline, and the next I’m reviewing procedures to find ways to make our service even smoother.

What drives me most is knowing that the systems and structures I put in place make a real difference to clients, ensuring their experience feels professional, personal, and stress-free.”
