Based in our Glasgow office, Connor Sproule is a Senior Manager in our Corporate Finance team. He brings extensive knowledge and experience, having worked with clients across a wide range of sectors. His expertise covers the full transaction cycle – from initial analysis and strategic advice to execution and post-deal integration.

Beyond client work, Connor collaborates closely with the M&A team, contributing to business development and supporting the growth and progression of the junior team members.

After discovering a passion for working with ambitious business owners and investors, Connor pursued a career in Corporate Finance to help clients realise transformative opportunities through strategic transactions. Combining commercial insight, clear communication, and a people-first approach, Connor is a trusted advisor during some of the most significant moments in a client’s journey.
