VIDEO: Respond, Review, Restart, Repeat

A video series from AAB featuring top tips on planning, operating and continuously adapting in the next normal and beyond.

‘Plan Ahead’ and the ‘Next Normal’ were two concepts covered in an update from AAB Chief Executive Graeme Allan back in April. Since then ‘Plan Ahead’ has become an integral part of what we do and is high up on our agenda.

As we continue to navigate through these new uncharted waters, our team have been looking at additional ways in which we can offer support and guidance and is why we have decided to launch a new video series; ‘Respond, Review, Restart, Repeat’. The purpose of this series is to not only offer support and guidance but to try and help others by sharing our learnings through real examples and advice of how we have been adapting at AAB.

Graeme introduces the series in a short video which you can view below. In the coming weeks we will share more updates from different members of the AAB team on topics including data, key performance indicators, scenario planning, budgeting and reforecasting, as well as communication and looking after your teams.
