Adam Flight joins as Partner in the Employment, Pay & People team, and Craig Paterson steps into the role of Business Development Partner, further enhancing the firm’s leadership capabilities in London.

These appointments reflect AAB’s continued investment in expanding its presence in London, where the firm now employs over 150 people, supporting its long‑term growth ambitions and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Adam Flight – Payroll Partner

Adam Flight joins AAB from Moore Kingston Smith. Adam brings a wealth of specialist knowledge developed over a career spanning complex operations, compliance, and strategic advisory work across both Payroll and HR. Adam has extensive experience supporting organisations of all sizes through transformation, legislative change, and the implementation of efficient, technology‑led solutions in the employment landscape.

In his new role, Adam will work closely with clients to develop resilient, scalable services that meet evolving regulatory and workforce demands across Payroll and HR, along with H&S, Employment Taxes and Corporate Benefits and Whistleblowing.

Speaking about his appointment, Adam said:

“I’m delighted to join AAB at such an exciting time in the firm’s growth. Pay and People is an area where clients increasingly seek proactive guidance and innovative and joined up solutions in an ever-changing regulatory environment, and I look forward to helping shape and strengthen the service for the future.”

Craig Paterson – Business Development Partner

Craig Paterson joins AAB from Lloyd’s Banking Group. Craig will leverage AAB’s wide range of services to help clients overcome challenges, achieve their ambitions and create long-lasting value. Craig brings experience in professional services as well as corporate banking.

Craig will focus on accelerating AAB’s growth in London, building strategic partnerships and supporting the expansion of services across the firm’s diverse portfolio.

Craig commented:

“AAB has built an impressive reputation for dynamic thinking and delivering real value to clients. I’m excited to join the team and contribute to the next phase of growth, particularly at a time when businesses are looking for advisers who can combine insight, innovation, and partnership.”

The addition of Adam and Craig further strengthens AAB’s London leadership team and enhance its ability to guide clients across increasingly complex regulatory and commercial landscapes.

Backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, AAB now employs over 1,800 people across 23 locations in the UK and Ireland.
