BLOG31st May 2018
On Tuesday 26 June Anderson Anderson Brown LLP (AAB) is undertaking an International Insights for Business seminar in Edinburgh.
This event, which is being held in association with Scottish Enterprise and Ledingham Chalmers LLP, has been rolled out as a result of continued demand for internationally-focused services from clients across the central belt. International Insights for Business will provide invaluable and up to date insight to companies which either are currently, or are looking to, operate on an international basis.
During the event, speakers from AAB will highlight the key tax considerations relevant to international operations, including essential pointers as to how companies can ensure that their tenders build in additional overseas costs. There will be specific comment on significant developments that are coming into play in the future, including both Brexit and the reform of tax in the digital economy, in order to support companies through providing early insight as to what businesses can do in order to prepare themselves for change.
Ledingham Chalmers shall provide legal insight to help businesses successfully access and navigate these lucrative world markets, with topics including choice of business structure, due diligence, IP risk and anti-corruption.
Scottish Enterprise will give practical advice on how companies should prepare to enter and develop international markets successfully, and provide insight as to how they can support companies achieve their international ambitions through utilising their network of international offices.
AAB and their event partners look forward to welcoming an audience in Edinburgh, to hear more about these hot topics, and have the opportunity to network with their peers.
