“Following the recent launch of an exciting new initiative for Primary 7 children, the Russell Anderson Development School (RADS) wish to thank AABIE for the very generous donation.  The Young Leaders programme gives pupils the opportunity to gain practical experiences by working alongside qualified coaches during class time.  The programme content has been designed to help them to improve communication skills, as well as increasing their motivation and self-esteem, prior to moving to their selected Academy.  The initiative is available to all primary schools in the St Machar ASG.  The AABIE grant gave us the opportunity to purchase kit and equipment which will be used by the children when they attend their coaching sessions.
