Full Colour Coaching

I would like to thank AABIE for their generous donation to support Full Colour Coaching! The donation helped towards my Full Colour Coaching website, so parents, young people and schools can reach out for support. The donation also allowed me to offer free 1-1 coaching services to those who may have been unable to afford the coaching without the support of funding. Young people need support with their mental health and we need to intervene earlier, helping young people build positive mental health. Unfortunately mental health in young people is even more worrying since the pandemic, however coaching can help young people build resilience, confidence, learn coping tools, and find solutions to the challenges they face, with the support of a coach. My vision is for all young people to have the opportunity to be coached in schools and build positive mental health and resilience for the future. Angie Shearer
