HR ADMINISTRATION

HR administration requires a combination of a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills, and outsourcing HR administration can provide flexibility, scalability, and peace of mind knowing HR compliance is taken care of by a team of experts.

We can support with all aspects of HR administration including HR inbox/employee query management as a direct HR contact. Our expert team will also manage all aspects of onboarding from recruitment process admin, preparing offers/contracts, induction prep and pre-employment checks. Likewise, we can manage all aspects of offboarding including exit interviews. We will also support with employee file management (including letter prep), HR system maintenance, HR annual process management (including salary reviews and performance reviews) and payroll liaison to ensure all HR amendments are captured. All of this will be reported on through regular HR data analysis.

Whilst HR administration may be considered a “basic” area of HR, the tasks involved can play a crucial role in supporting the overall strategy and goals of an organisation.
