“Even though our product is a fully automated solution, we still have a need for balance. That’s why we typically take an approach that has both hands-on interactions mixed with virtual. Every client is different and to meet their different needs and wants is so important.

It also allows us to support the client in the best way that suits them. I don’t believe that technology will ever be able to fully replicate getting to know clients in their place of work, developing a good understanding of what they do and how we can help. That’s why utilizing both is the best way forward for us.”

ASKING DIFFICULT QUESTIONS

“The greatest challenge in payroll for me is truly understanding the needs of our clients. If we don’t fully understand their needs, we can’t implement the best possible solution for them.

There’s a lot of different elements to payroll and it can be complex. Having strong relationships with clients is important. It creates a level of comfort, which enables us to not only ask the right questions but also the tough ones to ensure we’re meeting their needs.”
