Clients can count on me

“My ideal client relationship is where I get to know them as individuals and build a relationship where they have confidence and trust in me.  They are happy to contact me to share with their plans, queries and issues as well as having a chat.  This allows me to understand and help them by providing bespoke advice.  Clients enjoy knowing I am available as it reduces the uncertainty around tax, making this important aspect of their life easier.

My clients know I am available to assist with their queries in a timely manner and provide them with proactive advice.”

Tailored advice

“All clients are different, and the most enjoyable aspect of my work is getting to know them and their personal stories. This allows me to understand their priorities, and better tailor my advice to them.

I also enjoy having the support of my team and knowing the business has specialist expertise I can utilise to ensure our clients receive the best advice tailored to their needs and circumstances.”

No sugar-coating

“My approach to work is always to listen attentively and understand an individual’s perspective whether a client or colleague. A solution begins with the willingness to listen with the intent to understand. I am always honest and not afraid to have difficult conversations if required. When the situation requires it, I am assertive by presenting my ideas and challenging theirs.”

A human approach

“Whilst technology and innovation bring benefits for most, it is also imperative to develop personal relationships with our clients. This allows us to better understand their unique circumstances and tailor our advice and approach accordingly. I embrace technology and changes to ensure efficient service delivery.”

Thriving together

“I believe working together gives our clients and colleagues the ability to thrive and progress. By working together, we ensure our clients vision and aspirations can be achieved by giving them the opportunity to access our vast specialist expertise by working as one team. Working together allows staff to enhance their knowledge and provides opportunities for progression and growth within our careers.”

The greatest challenge

“Covid caused the working environment to change dramatically, with employers becoming more flexible to working practices, providing employees with the ability to work remotely from any location.  However, legislation and guidance has not kept up with these rapid changes resulting in many challenges for employers and employees alike.”

Being a part of a growing group

“Joining AAB, I look forward to continuing to enjoy my job through further development and progression as well as helping colleagues and clients on their journey through life. In addition to this, I am excited to be a part of an expanding and growing group that strives to embrace the tech-enabled environment. I believe, this will surely provide opportunities for staff and clients to grow alike.”
