Building strong relationships

“Projects tend to be focussed and can be intense so building rapport with clients is important. I develop strong close working relationships built on trust and respect. I am passionate about getting to know my client and their business; I listen intently, and am responsive. I strive to provide regular and open communication, as well as pragmatic and commercial advice. I also look to have some fun along the way!”

Making a difference

“My clients will see that I am proactive, commercial and tenacious, with a strong eye for detail. My relationships with clients are built on frequent and open communication, along with a strategic mind-set where I look to provide options and opinions. I want to make a real difference for my clients and their business.

I take huge pride and satisfaction in developing my colleagues, supporting them to progress and seeing both them and their careers flourish. I have been lucky to have been supported by some inspiring and impressive people over my career and I want to pass that on.”

Clients at the forefront of what we do

Along with our people, ‘Clients are our passion’ and delivery of service is one of the most important principles that I have held closely throughout my career. My approach has always been to really understand my clients’ business, what their goals are and ultimately, how I can best support them achieving these goals. I take immense pride in delivering for my clients and providing the best advice for them. In my role, the greatest satisfaction comes from helping my clients achieve their goals, whether that is through selling a business they have worked hard to build, or supporting a client with their growth plans and making acquisitions.

Along with providing excellent service and results, I also find a lot of satisfaction in developing close relationships with clients.”

My strengths

“I always look to provide a commercial and balanced perspective to make the most out of a situation, along with providing my clients with options. Additionally, I am exceptionally driven, focused and seen as a problem solver. I get a real thrill from working with my clients and successfully delivering for them.”

The best compliments clients have paid me has been subsequent referrals and introduction from previous clients to new clients. One of my clients during the sale of the business for which we were negotiating, note he was convinced it was my money we were working with and not the shareholders! I have also been complimented for my tenacity and my ability to get introduced to targets/potential buyers.”

Unrivalled opportunities

“It is exciting to be part of a growing and ambitious team that takes pride in being a disrupter in the market with a reputation for delivering for our clients. AAB has exceptional and dynamic people and is providing an exciting platform for continuous development, ultimately creating unrivalled opportunities for our clients and team.”
