Laura O’Flynn is a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager located in our Glasgow office, bringing extensive experience in managing end-to-end tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of businesses. One of my greatest passions is demystifying complex tax issues for my clients. It’s all about balance. Technology is a fantastic tool for speeding up routine tasks and improving efficiency, but I believe that nothing replaces the impact of face-to-face interactions. Using a blend of digital tools for handling routine work and reserving in-person meetings for more nuanced discussions is how I maximize efficiency without losing the personal touch. By leveraging tech, I streamline the basics, allowing me to dedicate more attention to complex issues that benefit from a hands-on approach.

My approach is to stay curious—attending workshops, networking with industry professionals, and keeping an eye on the latest regulatory updates.
