We must innovate, or we will evaporate

“I believe that leadership is centred around agility, embracing technology and changing market conditions and the ability to deliver change. Technology is one of the key drivers of change within businesses. It’s never been more imperative that businesses embrace the digital revolution to survive. Technology is driving change in AAB and for our clients. We get to see first-hand how technology can enhance not only client engagement but also the client experience.”

Going the extra mile

“I gain much satisfaction from being able to make a difference for clients and enhancing their success. How do I achieve this? By becoming their most trusted business advisor. That means really getting to know my clients, getting to know their families, and understanding their goals and wants. It means being there every step of their business journey and being in the room when strategic decisions are being made.”

Our most vital resource is our people

“One of my core priorities when I founded FPM (now AAB) in 1991 was to empower colleagues and clients to be future ready. That hasn’t changed. Nothing is more important than our people, they are our most vital resource. I am responsible for leading, mobilising and energising our people and it’s something that I’m very passionate about. Seeing other people succeed gives me great satisfaction.”
