Ensuring a seamless payroll installation for our clients.
Emily Bolek is an Installations Manager at AAB Payroll Inc. based in our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. Her role involves installing our payroll software for clients. During the implementation process, it’s Emily’s job to ensure everything is set up correctly and processing as it should. If the client has any queries throughout the installation, she is on hand to answer any and all questions.

We need to trust that we have all the information we need about them, their needs and how we can help them. While this is a challenge it’s also a really great opportunity for us to be able to provide our clients with knowledge about the art of possible to better equip them and show us as a trusted advisor. It’s also an opportunity to offer suggestions for improving practical and knowledge to assist with their needs which shows we listen; we understand and we’re here for them.”
