Meet the Payroll & Employment team

Debby is a Payroll Senior Manager based at our Stirling Office and is responsible for a team of 14. Debby is responsible for the control of bacs submissions for salaries (for all frequencies), PAYE and AEO payments that we process on behalf of clients. On a day-to-day basis, Debby plans workload, staff resources and manages any problems within the department. Debby also keeps the team up to date with the latest legislation changes and provides any training needs. In her role, she also manages end to end processing for more complex clients.
In addition, Debby is responsible for onboarding new clients, implementation and running first payrun before allocating to a team member.
Debby manages WIP, generates monthly fees and debt collection where necessary and builds strong client relationships while focussing on high quality client delivery across the department.
