I build strong relationships internally and externally with the key objective of supporting the development of our team members. My key areas of focus are learning and development, employee relations, diversity & inclusion and employee experience.

Alex Dent is a people & culture services senior manager based in Leeds. Alex drives process improvement across the People & Culture (PAC) Services team, ensuring a smooth employee experience. Specialising in managing the employee life cycle, Alex focuses on enhancing onboarding processes, handling employee changes, and implementing benefits and payroll integration.
By streamlining these operations, Alex enables the PAC team to concentrate on value-added projects that benefit the entire business. This dedication to efficiency helps the PAC team provide top-tier service to AAB, which ultimately contributes to improving the overall employee experience.
