Our paid internship programme provides an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience of life at AAB. From day one, you’ll be welcomed as a valued member of the team, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to real client projects.

During your internship, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience, develop your commercial awareness, and build valuable professional skills that will support your future career. You’ll have the opportunity to work on chargeable client-facing assignments, develop relationships across the business, and gain insight into the wide range of services we provide.

Opportunities are available across a range of exciting service lines, including:

  • Audit (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds)
  • Global Mobility Tax (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London)
  • Tax (Aberdeen and Glasgow)

An internship with AAB is also a great way to experience our culture, understand what a career in professional services involves, and explore potential graduate opportunities. Many of our interns go on to apply for graduate roles, giving them a strong foundation and a deeper understanding of our business before starting their careers.
