Corporate Finance Senior Manager.

Eliza advises on a wide range of transactions in the oil and gas industry focusing on the provision of corporate transaction support including due diligence, the negotiation and project management of corporate disposals and acquisitions, advising companies on their acquisition strategy and post-acquisition advisory work. Eliza has advised on a number of transactions and her experience includes acting for companies and their stakeholders including shareholders and management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007 she spent 8 years at John Wood Group PLC, the latter 4 years as Group M&A Executive where she was involved in all of their overseas transactions including the acquisition of PAC, MSI and DSI in the USA as well as providing transaction support on projects in Norway, Denmark, Indonesia, Colombia and Argentina. Eliza's primary focus was on financial due diligence, investment analysis, post-acquisition integration projects and project management. In her career at JWG Eliza worked in management accounting roles, the group treasury function and on forensic accounting projects.

Eliza qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG where she worked for 4 years in their audit and transaction services department.

Eliza graduated from Heriot Watt University with MA (Hons) in Accounting and Information Management. In her spare time she enjoys dealing in antique jewellery, curling and going for walks with her family.
