Rod Hanchard-Goodwin is a Program Manager, based in Edinburgh. His role is to set up a Project Management Office (PMO) and project governance for IT transformation projects. Rod is also helping to develop a runbook for onboarding new acquisitions from an IT perspective which will include change management.

Rod has over 25 years’ experience of running projects across a wide range of sectors, and is PRINCE2 and APM qualified. He works to deliver efficiencies and improve working practices for AAB.
