David Polsky is a Director in our Corporate Finance team. Based in Edinburgh, David brings his extensive knowledge and experience in M&A and Corporate Development to the team. In addition to David working on AAB’s M&A strategy, his role involves leading client work across a variety of sectors across businesses in various stages of their growth cycle.

Whether it’s something to save time such as a template for repetitive tasks or a complete process redesign, I’m not afraid to question the status quo and ask the question, “Why are we doing it this way?” That goes for internally just the same as for with clients. I believe AAB, and our clients, should always be improving and optimizing.”

“Originally from Montreal, Canada, and having lived in Toronto for many years, I have significant North American experience. I have advised on transactions across Canada and the USA, as well as cross-border and international deals stemming from major North American hubs. I have also worked closely with many of North America’s top Private Equity firms. This international experience grants me an additional perspective on transactions in Europe and enables me to better serve our global clients or those clients involved in trade or transactions with North American businesses.”
