Based in the Glasgow office, Katie Gallagher is an Assistant Manager in our Virtual Finance Function team, supporting a wide variety of SME clients across the technology, property investment and recruitment sectors. With a background spanning both audit and virtual finance, she brings a valuable mix of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every partnership. Katie works closely with clients to provide timely, accurate management information-whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly-and to support client’s relationships with key stakeholders such as banks and investors. She’s also passionate about helping clients embrace change, guiding them through system updates, implementations and process automation to create more efficient, streamlined finance operations that give client’s confidence in their numbers and the time to focus on what truly matters.
Katie knows that financial information is only useful when it’s meaningful to clients. She takes time to understand each business she works with, tailoring her reports and communication so that every stakeholder-from investor to internal teams-can interpret the numbers easily and make informed decisions with confidence.
