This two hour session is aimed at committee/board members who will need to form or scrutinise business plans. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and Brexit-related changes on the availability of materials and labour contribute to pressures on balancing business plans. The session will give an overview of business planning within housing associations and co-operatives and the roles and responsibilities of the Committee/Board. It will provide insight into what the Scottish Housing Regulator expects in business planning.
