Based in our Leeds Office, Cameron Coomer, is a dedicated Assistant Manager in our Private Client Team, specialising in personal tax compliance and advisory support. His week is a balanced mix of client conversations, detailed tax analysis, and preparing or reviewing self-assessment returns for a wide range of individuals – particularly those with complex or international affairs. 

Cameron focuses on making the entire tax process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. From clarifying HMRC correspondence and answering day-to-day questions, to preparing carefully considered advice reports, he ensures every client receives accurate, timely guidance that truly reflects their personal circumstances. 

Although he began his academic journey in Chemistry, Cameron discovered his passion for tax early in his career, drawn by the mix of technical problem-solving, people interaction, and variety. Those qualities continue to drive him today. What matters most to Cameron is giving clients confidence – helping them understand their position, navigate tricky issues, and feel fully supported at every step.
