AAB expands technology advisory offering on back of Edinburgh office growth

Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP (AAB), one of the UK’s leading independent firms of Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors, has announced the expansion of its technology advisory offering on the back of growth in its Edinburgh Office, launched earlier this year, and the appointment of Kenny Fraser as Strategic Advisor in the technology sector.

Kenny brings significant consulting, transactional and board experience to AAB having previously been a partner at PWC and for the last 5 years he has been a prominent adviser to technology companies based across the UK. He has worked with a broad range of clients, from early stage companies to large scale global clients, and this experience will be key to his role at AAB where he will be supporting high growth companies.

Kenny’s skills, knowledge and broad range of experience complements the growing technology advisory team at AAB which has seen a particular increase in client demand across the corporate finance, tax, business advisory and consulting arenas. Recent examples include providing technology businesses with the following support & advice: business planning, financial modelling and fund-raising; tax structuring, tax incentives, R&D and patent box claims and VAT advice; cloud accounting, virtual finance function and compliance services and organisation agility and digital transformation consulting.
